At PS Vinyl, all sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom T-shirts
DTF Transfers
Personalized apparel
Custom vinyl products
Special event merchandise
Made-to-order items
Please carefully review all order details, including sizes, colors, spelling, and design selections before submitting your order.
Exceptions
A refund, replacement, or store credit will only be issued if the error was made by PS Vinyl.
Examples include:
Receiving the wrong item
Printing errors caused by PS Vinyl
Damaged products received due to a production defect
To report an issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
If the claim is approved, PS Vinyl will determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be provided.
Shipping Delays
PS Vinyl is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
